Role Summary:

Yali Tech is looking for a Chartered Accountant / US Certified Public Accountant to own core accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. You will be a key partner to leadership on accuracy, controls and financial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, consolidations and management reports.

• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and risk management processes.

• Support budgets, forecasts and variance analysis; present findings to management.

• Lead, mentor and review the work of junior accountants and analysts.

• Support cash flow management, working capital and treasury activities.

• Support US tax and compliance activities.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and other accounting functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI member) / US Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• 5+ years of relevant experience after qualification.

• Practical exposure to US GAAP and US financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and audit processes.

• Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems, e.g., QuickBooks.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a multinational or US-based client environment.

• Exposure to US GAAP or process automation.
