Role Summary:

Yali Tech is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to support the finance and accounting operations of our US-based client. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to US accounting practices and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare routine financial reports and variance summaries.

• Perform routine analysis of financial trends.

• Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering and organising data.

• Maintain organised and accurate financial records.

• Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues promptly.

• Help improve reports and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance or financial analysis.

• Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).

• Good communication skills, willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to US GAAP or US accounting practices. 

• US CMA / CMA pursuing.
