As part of this collaboration, we are building a skilled engineering team where this role will contribute directly to designing, developing and enhancing scalable software products.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality through manual and automated testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual & automated).

Key Responsibilities:
● Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

● Identify, document, and track bugs/issues using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

● Maintain and enhance automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).

● Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured. ● Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

● Provide clear and concise test reports to stakeholders.

● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning with QA estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● 1–2 years of QA/testing experience in software development environments.

● Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.

● Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

● Experience with API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

● Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

● Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

● Experience with cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure).

● Knowledge of SQL/Database testing.

● ISTQB or other QA certifications.
